Adam reviewed First Coffee Co
I'm usually in the area one week per year and always love making some regular stops here. Coffee is absolutely consistent and fantastic. Near perfect piccolos every single time. Service is always wonderful. A really great spot for coffee.
Adam reviewed Coffee Anthology
Was back here again two weeks ago and it really has become my favourite cafe in Brisbane. Piccolo and espresso (seven seeds) were absolutely incredible. I'm always impressed with their efficiency too - the place is packed but service is quick and really friendly.
Adam reviewed Wonderland Espresso Bar
Wonderland is an absolute jewel on the Sunshine Coast. Every coffee I have ever had here has been exceptional. Loving the blend from Seven Seeds - cuts through milk beautifully but is also delightful as an espresso. Highly recommended.
Adam reviewed Ground Up Espresso Bar
Having just completed a major renovation and expansion, Ground Up has gone from strength to strength. Sporting a beautiful new spirit espresso machine, the coffee continues to be sensational but with more inside seating. There's also a kitchen with really fantastic food. The service is extraordinary - as it always has been. Congrats to Ground Up!
Adam reviewed Workshop Brothers Specialty Coffee
Two visits, four coffees, and everything was perfect - I have a new favourite coffee destination in Melbourne. These guys are seriously brilliant and offer great service too. There's no wonder why they have been listed as number 1 in the 2013 awards.
Adam reviewed Lamkin Lane Espresso Bar
Love this place. Had an amazing piccolo on the Kenyan and another on a guest blend by Axil. This really is an incredible cafe with talented staff, a great atmosphere, and brilliant coffee. Tim is a great guy and every visit is a delight.
Adam reviewed Lilliana's
Nice little two-group La Marzocco Linea with campos on the grinders. My piccolo was quite good (a little hot). The atmosphere here and service are amazing, and whilst the coffee is pretty good, the food is outstanding. Well worth the drive.
Adam reviewed Bayleaf Cafe
Have had quite a few piccolos from here in recent days and it really is superb. The coffee I had in the afternoon (when things were quieter) were significantly better than the takeaways in the morning (when they're under the pump), but still all good. This is the real deal when it comes to specialty coffee and they have some amazing roasts on sale too. Really nice to see both a synesso and a la marzocco linea too!
This is a great place with the alleyway providing a surprisingly nice escape from the city streets. Two piccolos - single origin and blend (I think market lane and seven seeds) were superb. Service was fantastic. Also impressed that the water glasses for perfectly into the grid of the milk crates. Highly recommended. Note that presently you need to enter from Grice Alley due to construction.
