Weekends are not the time to go, unless you like very loud chicken coop gaggle. They have no table service and so you spend a good 15 mins waiting in line to order. Then after your exasperating long wait in line we then waited 40mins for a bowl of granola. Coffee came after 20 min wait. However, the coffee and food we had was very nice and comparing granolas I’d give it a 8.5. The food was not worth the noise and the long wait.
You except a ‘decent’ coffee with the Campos name. Staff are ok but don’t seem that enthusiastic. Coffee is generally has a strong taste but lacks any subtle flavours or roundness. There does not seem to be a process problem by thr barista, but perhaps a sub-par grinder not representing the aroma/flavour as it should be. Milk-based coffees fail to carry the crema for long.
