For a store with so much of an impressive setup the coffee handed across was pretty lack-lustre. Seems more like a knob polisher than a cup worth the effort. Also weird how many reviews this place has from the same person who seems to love reading the tasting notes.
Espresso on a Brazilian seemed to be a slightly tighter shot than usual here. Started with a nuttiness and mild acidity, becoming more cocoa nibs to finish.
Washed Malawi for a pour over was berry-sweet and clean - delicious.
Espresso on a Columbian has some nice plums over cocoa backbone with some interesting acidity thrown.
Pour over on natural Ethiopian was tasty fruity, bittered a little on the aftertaste but still went down well.
I really like the teaspoons here
