Dark chocolate orange feel to Columbian espresso, clean finish. Guatemalan batch had some crisp red apple to start before moving towards something more cocoa.

Christmas pudding blend for the espresso was dark chocolate with something a bit lime zesty Then a lovely-drinking Ethiopian batch

An initial burst of plums to the washed Kenyan espresso became more toffee-like as it cooled. Brilliant batch has a sophisticated liquorice and citrus combination that went down oh so well.

Bolivian espresso came cremaless and tasted of sweet cherries A one-two of a Columbian then Ethiopian batch brought happy coffee moments

Ethiopian espresso was a beautifully balanced number. A batch on an Ethiopian was blackcurrants with a spark of acidity Bolivian batch also had the acidity nicely highlighted, this time with something more like passionfruit going on.

Bright spark of acidity to the PNG espresso Brooding dark berries to the Rwandan batch
Have been there twice over the past month - both times for a piccolo. The coffee was exceptional. Strong flavoured but well balanced. Definitely my favourite cafe in Sydney for coffee!

I dropped in to buy somd beans and have a croissant for morning tea. I noticed they had a Hesha on offer as an espresso so I added that to my usual flat white order. The espresso was very good. Balanced with no harsh aftertaste. 13 Nov 2019
