Reviews of Blue Bottle (Rockefeller Centre)
Coffee is good. Not great. A LOT of branding and marketing- should have made me more suspicious. Catch a cab to Birch, or walk to Little Collins instead! Lower floor of Rockefeller building, near the ice skating rink in winter. Hundreds of people everywhere; quite a mission to get to.
Coffee was great - perfect cappuccino for an Aussie in NYC. Creamy with great flavour. Staff were friendly. However, there was only one (small) size for a cappuccino, which was quite disappointing. Still worth a try if you are an Aussie desperate for coffee with great flavour!
Beautiful space well arranges with 2 La Marzocco Strada. I heard apt about Blue Bottle roastery but wS a bit disappointed with my coffee. The flavour was nice and sweet but faded away very quickly...something was missing for me. They serve variety of coffees as filters using a nice V60 stand and few options as espresso based drinks. The space itself is beautiful as I mentioned, clean and well organized with 2 bars operating 2 fancy coffee machines. For real food you'll have to go somewhere else as here you can get only few types of biscuits.
