Hi Mark, thanks for your review. I had a similar experience. I recently ordered the pink porridge with poppy seeds and counted four blueberries on top. The porridge was tasteless and dry. When asked if there was a problem with the food, I said I couldn't eat it! No-one asked if I'd like something else or my thoughts on why it was inedible. I still paid for something I couldn't eat. I've been going to H&H for many years, but won't be going back or recommending it ever again. I'm all for giving businesses a go, but the way you've responded to similar feedback tells me you're going to lose a lot more customers. Shame, because the coffee is still good.
