Nicaraguan Flight Bourbon washed as an espresso came with a mild crema, stonefruit heavy start and limey-lemon acidity Anaerobic washed espresso had a luxurious mouthfeel, sweet apricot and bright acidity - real good. Natural as a pour over - mild buttery texture but vibrant tropical fruits (including the pineapple ester). A sweet, clean, fruit bowl in a glass. One of the best flights I’ve had here

Tried three Brazilians. To start, yellow bourbon natural as an espresso began robustly and nutty, mellowed somewhat to maybe charred pineapple with a nice backbone of acidity. Pour over on another yellow bourbon natural had some attractive mango and tropical, aftertaste had a bit of a vegetal note. Finished with a cold drip on a yellow catuai natural that was rather potent with cinnamon and bitter cola.
This is a coffee experience and not for those who simply want a latte or blended coffee. We had 2 coffees as part of a showcase which gave 3 styles of flavour profile, all made from the same bean but they had been different processing methods to create the differntiation. Great experience and enjoyed our cold brew. Lovely staff. Highly informative.
