Had a single origin filter coffee and it was great. The single origin beans are from Single O and rotate. I had a long black coffee which had great flavour and depth.

Change of beans to Single O Paradox blend did not disappoint!

Just had a Ristretto and Ryan nailed it!

Beans: Hill Roasters A little hole in the wall place at Cuts on Fitzroy, you will not be disappointed. Great service with excellent coffee from Hill Roasters. Strong medium to dark roast with dark chocolate overtones. Smooth never bitter with Ryan knows his way around his machine and beans. This is a very welcome addition to Grafton. Worth the detour into town if heading north. Closes at 1400 and not open Sunday.
