Cafe Matto

Disgusting cheap sloppy food and extremely rude staff. The chicken parma I ordered was one of the worst I have ever eaten. The parma crumb was mushy and soft, the salad it came with was unwashed and many pieces of lettuce had visible bits of dirt on them. The ham on the parma was like spam...just gross. Don't both even trying to talk to the manager (old man with the greying hair) as he is aggressive, arrogant and lacks any communication skills whatsoever - he will raise his voice and yell at you. This "cafe" is also too cheap to invest in aircon, so be prepared to sweat. I have been to just about every cafe on Burgundy street and this one is the worst by far. Don't waste your money at this run-down corner-cutting cafe! Much better off going to The Alleyway next door - service and food MUCH better!

Ive been a customer here for years and the Service has gone downhill of late, food here is good but menu hasn't changed in as long as I can remember and my last coffee there was horrible, they did replace it so that's something but all in all very disappointed and will not be going back.
