I guess what we really appreciate about Origo (next to the fantastic coffee) is to be surrounded by friendly Staff who really love their job and enjoy the interaction with the costumers. Highly recommended !!!

This place sounds like a miracle in Bucharest! The team is nice, really knows its beans and is happy to explain. I had espressos from the two beans then on offer (one from Columbia, the other from Tanzania). Both were simply excellent and properly prepared. And what is more, unlike in Western countries, you seat and order, instead of queuing to order. Definitely a great coffee spot!

Great customer service and atmosphere! The staff knows their coffee and took the time to explain us what we’re drinking. We had a single origin Brazilian espresso and an Ethiopian V60. They have a couple of cakes and homemade chocolate which look delicious!

A coffee shop worthy of a Melbourne hipster. On a very wet Bucharest morning the wife and I searched for decent coffee to lift our spirits. At Origo we found an oasis of great coffee, calm atmosphere and polite baristas. So good I had a flat white; velvety smooth, nutty and well presented, and a long black; rich and strong. Bravo Origo... Bravo.

Their methods of brewing are just proper. They use Simonelli for their espresso machine and grinder. Always use fresh beans, clean equipment and they measure the coffee before brewing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that love a peptalk with you even if you don't know much about coffee. So far the best place to enjoy a proper cup of coffee in the capital. Will definitely come back every time in Bucharest.

Incredible coffee. I've had half a dozen flat whites and my partner has had about the same amount of espressos and every one has been great. We're currently drinking a 'citronade' and it may be the best lemon drink I can remember drinking. Best coffee I've had in Eastern Europe. 👍
