Natural Honduran from Almanac Coffee as an espresso came as a tighter shot, had some mandarin upfront with increasing acidity to finish and more grapefruit gear going on. Natural Panama from Proud Mary as a second espresso was sweeter and more tropical fruit driven. Natural Ethiopian from Maker as a pour over was beautifully balanced with caramel, nectarine and clean acidity. Still confused why they can’t grind beans if you buy them here but this doesn’t affect their great coffee.
