A return visit and we were not disappointed. Coffees were well textured and strongly flavoured. The cafe was very busy on a Sunday morning and I was impressed with the prompt arrival of our flat whites. As before the service was great with many staff on duty.

Heated interior seating with lots of glass letting the light in, lots of external tables, fencing & walls to keep the wind away and well presented garden setting. The whole place has the ambiance of many talking and enjoying their time over a coffee. Coffee is a full bean, lots of body and a pleasant after taste albeit somewhat acidic. Full bodied crema which could have been knocked down a little to expose a finer silk qualities in the milk. Overall I did enjoy the coffee even though I have a preference for a medium bean. Pancakes were fabulous.

The service and atmosphere was great, however the coffee was like dirty dishwater. I ordered a toastie and a long black take away. The toastie was average, and I had to tip the coffee out. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

Great coffee and would def rate the place higher had we not caught them on a bad day. Service was terrible for us.

Nice cafe in rural town with good atmosphere. Fish river roasters beans done well. Definitely one of the better coffees I’ve had out west. Cappuccino was strong and milk silky. Worth a try if in town.
