A place to go where you want a reliable caffeine fix. The Bean Barn roast the coffee beans on the premises and the owner is very knowledgeable on all things coffee- he will bend your ear talking about coffee! I will go there to get coffee beans and the staff are happy to grind them for me.

Great coffee relaxed environment as per usual

Nowhere to sit so already you can't enjoy the atmospherics. Coffee was burnt and disappointed with the flavour in general, left bitter after tones. Not a great experience all round.

The best coffee we've found in town so far. There are a number of overly harsh reviews on this cafe, which is disappointing. We did find the staff to be a little over-zealous about their knowledge and preferences, though this shouldn't lead to a lower rating on the coffee itself, which was great in both espresso and latte forms.

Worst coffee and service. I will not recommend this cafe. Had a very bad experience !!!

It could be better if you don't hVe to deal with the attitude of the barista and owner. Coffee very dArk, burn taste and well under extracted.

Traveling this week in Victoria tasting coffees all around the estate. First stop, the bean barn, coffee medals everywhere but what a shocking experience. The barista swears he is the best, and the owner arrogance u can see it from miles. Asked for coffees and asked about their blend, they wouldn't tell me anything, then I ask why so dark? Answer was it doesn't matter the boss win awards with that blend so why changing it. Anyway bad coffee bad service. Next stop Daylesford...

Nice strong coffee and very friendly service. Great staff with the right attitude. They certainly know their coffee.
