Disappointing to say the least. I usually find Toby's Estate quite consistent, but here it was burnt, and the service was not great. I waited for about 10 minutes (no exaggeration) for a large cappuccino, and ended up receiving just a regular sized one, which I took because I was tired of waiting. Usually I would just overlook it but when you pay $4.50 for a large cappuccino, you should get it.
Its not rocket science, and I won't be going back.
I've been meaning to stop here for quite a while, but usually I drive on to Allpress around the corner. Today I tried my usual cappuccino and although it was not great (mainly because it was luke warm), I can see potential in the blend, as it was flavoursome. Perhaps it was just an off day for the barista.
Service was quite slow, even though there were only two people ahead of me, but it was still friendly. This is an initial review and to be fair I believe a second visit is in order. I've had bad coffees at my favourite places too.
I've only had the one coffee so far but it was fantastic and different as mentioned in the previous review. It seems they use real chocolate shavings rather than just generic chocolate sprinkles.
Service was fast and friendly, and will be trying this place again tomorrow.
The coffee is good but the service was not. The cashier forgot my change despite it only being for a cappuccino so it wasn't too hard, and they didn't put the lid on correctly so when I reached for my filled to the brim coffee, it spilt over the sides. It's little things I know but considering that there is a Starbucks right next door, I thought they would at least try to get them right.

The range of food and pastries is unique and well worth trying. They also serve Allpress Coffee, which is fantastic and they also put in the sugar while they make it which is great for takeaways, and my pet hate for those who don't.
Highly recommended.
