I work in the City and walked past That Place every morning. They recently did a refresh of the decor which enticed me into try one day. And am I glad it did. Their coffees are great. Gerry (the barrista) is a fanatic coffee drinker himself and knows how to make a good coffee.

Only criticism - That Place needs a little more charm and charater but given the variety of reasonably priced (all around $10 or under) meals available, it is clear that their focus is on the coffee and food, not pretty picutres on the wall.
