This is a beautiful little hidden cafe in Darlinghurst. My coffee was outstanding and the beans are roasted inside the coffee shop. You can watch the color of the beans turn from green to brown while enjoying your cuppa. Staff is very funny and friendly. Most customers seem to be regulars as the baristas call most of them by name. very personal and family-like atmosphere. Besides great coffee there are friands, banana breads and nice Italian pastries. I'll definitely be back for more.
