Finally!!!!
Tom has moved four doors up the road to the corner and has taken espresso Organica to the next level.
There's now seating for many and three espresso machines pumping it out!
I only dropped in for an espresso but will be back to try out his wood fired pizza oven.

The owner presented the double espresso in a large cup and served a shot of sparkling mineral water on the side. Nice.
Poached eggs just right with awesome prosciutto and asparagus.

Was thrilled to see these guys roasting in house with a Green Bean Coffee roaster!

100% robusta blend?!? I had a shot to check it out (how could I resist?) and though it had a couple of rough edges it was attractive enough that I would have had a second. Had to run.

Just moved around the corner from this cafe and couldn't be happier. David who fronts the machine most mornings really knows his stuff and the smell of the beans roasting in his cafe really opens my eyes on the walk to work.
Generous food, cheery people and coffee with both guts and sophistication.
