A very nice place to go to if you wanna relax and take your mind off things over a coffee or a few beers. Coffee was good given it's Germany and not Italy. Atmosphere really appealed to me as it's a great place to meet friends and loved the way the place is set up. Usually quite crowded, which tells you a lot already about how popular it is amongst the people living in Prenzlauer Berg and indeed Berlin. It is also a place where a lot of cultural and political events take place.

Breakfast is thoroughly recommended (suitable for both vegetarians and vegans). It's normally 6 euros, but you ca...

slick, modern and colourful, great cafe that very much reminded me of the great cafes we have back in melbourne. it's also another popular cafe in salzburg and when you step inside, not hard to see why. this cafe is located along linzergasse, but you have to go further inside as it's located inside a court called 'bruderhof'. espresso was very satisfying, but no doubt expensive too. great for lunch, small meals or just a casual 'catch-up'. staff are friendly and service was great.

made famous for it's original sacher torte cake, cafe sacher has expanded and is now as much a part of salzburg as the castle and wolfgang amadeus mozart's birthplace. while it can become quite crowded for obvious reasons, it's a place you should visit. service was professional and top quality, atmosphere was quite good (very relaxing, and if you're lucky, can here someone playing music for money nearby!), and coffee is excellent as well. i had an espresso with a slice of sacher torte (which comes with a portion of whipped cream) and thoroughly enjoyed every piece of cake and every drop of the...

It is very much like a little piece of france within heidelberg: fresh baguettes and croissants, beautiful pain au chocolat and great coffee. a small but neat cafe, seating area is limited but it is a great place in which one can just relax without too much noise or having too many people around chatting. located in a small alley, it is very much like a hidden secret (until now ;)) as there don't seem to be too many people who know about this small cafe, but it is a great place to sit down over a quiet coffee and . specifically designed for a small capacity, i recommend the patisseries as they...

a very high class and undoubtedly very expensive chocolatier. yes that's right it's a chocolatier, but believe me when i say this, you'll never regret trying chocolat angelina there, because it is absolutely to die for! it is undoubtedly one of the best hot chocolates i have ever tasted and if you're in paris, you won't regret it

it's a very formal atmosphere, and usually quite crowded. it is more known for its chocolate than its coffee, but it was so good going there that i just had to share the great news! :P
