I've taken home the Peruvian ground for espresso and the Guatemalan ground for cafetiere. I'm not a big fan of cafetiere coffee (that was for my wife) but their blend was excellent.

The Peruvian was well suited for a macchiato - rich and full bodied, without bitterness.
