I was getting bored of espresso before these guys and had gone back to filter methods for something different. I just had a double ristretto at Alchemy and all I can say is wow! So bright and fruity, the flavour extraction of a syphon with the depth and fullness of an espresso. No one is doing coffee like these guys.

I've been going to SO for a few years now. It was probably Sydneys first coffee-lovers cafe. Gavin and the team are very commited to educating the community in the joys of great coffee.

Great coffee house. They do Mecca coffee better than Mecca themselves. Can't help but think how great they'd be if they chose a different roaster.
