Grabbed a couple of strong lattes to go and as always they were pretty perfect. Loads of flavor; sweet, florals and cocoa coming through. Also noticed a new commercial walk in fridge for keeping their beans at optimum temp and humidity! These guys really care about what goes in the cup. Gotta get down here more often.

Set amongst an elegant paper store, the bright orange Slayer stands out proudly on the front counter. The coffee is by Padre who only provides beans to the most particular coffee aficionados.
My first visit was on the 6th September and in hindsight i wish i had written this review earlier as the ristretto of Mexico San Cristobal was one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. The exact notes escape me now over a month later but I do remember it being incredibly light with little knowledge ...
Just smashed the most delightful strong Piccolo, so smooth and florally then followed it up with a cracker of a chicken bagel! Amazing! Superb! Made my day!

A must to check out if doing a Melbourne coffee crawl.
