I had one italian hot chocolate to take away and waitied for 10 minutes for it to come. It was definitely not worth the wait...the italian hot chocolate was too sweet and did not have the rich cocoa taste which I was expecting. I have tried their normal hot chocolate a couple of months ago and would much prefer that over the italian hot chocolate. The coffee was average.

The shop is well designed and looks appealing. However, not suitable if you were to hold a private conversation. The coffee was good, but not consistent. I have tasted burnt coffee on some occassions.

Consistently great coffee everytime... always a must visit when travelling to Melbourne.

Great atmosphere to hang out with a group of friends. They have a range of board games which you can help yourself to as well.The coffee was average and varies depending on what time of the day you go. The cakes a good, but quite expensive.
