Follow-up on the last review: got pestered to give this place another go. I agree with a previous reviewer- this probably is the best coffee on the North Shore (except Bean Drinking at Crows Nest). This isn't a great compliment. My latte was worse than using a $400 home machine and 4 week old beans.

What you actually want is a flat white, double shot. Technically this is a restaurant but they do a steady take-away trade in the morning. Forget about service- the old bird reminds me of the soup Nazi. Who cares! Flavoursome coffee awaits!

Atmosphere? Not a bad fit out, but it's in a grubby shopping centre near the food court. It's the best you could hope for.
