    I tried the coffee despite the above reviews: My espresso really wasn't that bad (although they did need reminding that I'd ordered it)!

    Newcastle hasn't been known for its coffee - but perhaps it should be! The black coffee here is better than the milk based ones, but it's worth stopping by.
