Made another trip to Grounded, mainly to buy beans on a holiday sunday when many of my usual haunts are (frustratingly) closed. Turns out they only sell beans (Monmouth) by order. But while I was there I took another look around.

One of the worst coffee experiences ever today. I never write bad reviews for restaurants etc... - this is my first. The main problem was the poor customer service, but the coffee itself left a bad taste in my mouth - extremely bitter.
