Staff and atmosphere were ok, we felt the service wasn't very friendly or welcoming and a bit rushed but this could be because they were busy. The coffee was ok.
Back in London again and the same smoky roast is still there with its distinct flavour. Well done again.

Thanks Cam for creating probably my favorite place in the world to get a great coffee and eggs Benedict! My last visit was a couple weeks ago and the flat white & piccolo I had was faultless as always. Sadly I won't be back for a while due to job change with less travel. Next time I visit hopefully... Interesting atmosphere. Standard staff.
My cappuccino: not so great. The coffee was either burnt or the ground coffee was old or both. It just wasn't right. Also just like at Kaffeine (where I was an hour or two before) there was not nearly enough froth. How do cafes fail to do a... Read more
Well after a long wait, I finally got to visit Flat White. It is a great little place, and even with the surrounding streets fairly quiet on the Sunday I visited, it was packed inside. The macchiato was excellent and well worth the visit. I only wish I had of known about it when I was last in London...
Always my favourite!
Excellent coffee , one of the best in London . Found this place a few years ago and have been going back ever since ! Yes it does get busy but worth the wait and if you manage to score a seat , it\'s magic !
I came to London with two cafe's atop of my hit list. One was Milkbar and the other this place, Flat White. Turns out they are owned by the same person. Turns out one of my dearest friends in the world works at both and I didn't know. I think that makes me a bad friend? But a lovely coincidence... Read more
Technical mastery - well worth checking out. Smooth buttery single origin coffee with pretty full-flavoured nutty undertones. Today, the beans are from Honduras from the Marcela region. A very satisfying coffee experience.
Good flat white coffees, slightly bitter roast - and fab choc brownie slice. A nice cosy winter hidey hole with a welcoming casual buzz, set to a Springsteen soundtrack on the day we drank. Staff perhaps a mite too distracted by the cafe's social scene...

I had a nice double espresso here, but to be honest I expected it to be a little bit better having read all the reviews. Good athmosphere inside, tasty pastries and nice staff.
I think Flat White I back to the top of it's game.
The food is interesting, varied and inventive.
The coffee is back to a consistently velvety texture, a lovely strong but smooth flavour.
The little touches like the "help yourself" water all make for... Read more
Excellent coffee and a great atmosphere. Vegemite soldiers on the menu and phonetic spelling of "Flat White" in both Australian and Kiwi, tops it all off. No toilets though.

This place continues to stand the test of time. the coffee is always consistently good and rarely fails to deliver. Still on of the best in London.
4 Flat Whites, 1 Piccolo
This is a great little cafe and was the first really good coffee I found in London. Great coffee, milk textured the way it should be. Well worth visiting.
Just go there. It's the best coffee stop in London
Definitely THE best flat white in London!!!
Small place that serve Square Mile coffee well crafted by artists (These Baristas are amazing) using a Synesso espresso machine.
You'll get the same quality every time you go there on every type of coffee you order!
1 Flat White, 1 Long Macchiato
Exceptionally good coffee in a great part of London. Excellent baristas who can even make a bear face in the milk by just pouring it with skill.
Best place in london. It is a must when in London. Great people and awesome coffee.
Repeat custom and it's consistently good!
Very good Flat White but there are better locations nearby IMHO.
The first cafe I visited when I moved to London over four years ago, and still one of my faves! Great, strong coffee in a typically euro cramped setting.
Best Coffee in London by far! Great place who know how to make a fantastic coffee! Excellent and very friendly service just makes it all the more worth going!
Went here yesterday having not been for a while. Not up to previous standard. The wait was huge, it was a busy Saturday, but this was exacerbated by slothful staff. There's a difference between relaxed and too slow. This was definitely the latter. The coffee was ok, not up to the standard I've had... Read more
Very very nice flat white. London's coffee scene has improved dramatically over the past few years and this lovely cafe has made a great addition to the area. Staff are great and love a chat and the coffee is pretty consistent from the few times I've been there.
