Ok I'm not a fan of the blend it seems. Have tried both stores now and the taste in my flat white was relatively bitter and quite flat. So disappointed as I had heard so much of this place.
One of the best Flat White coffees we've had in London. They roast from single farms, estates etc. A very smooth flat white with strong caramel and malt flavours. Nicely balanced. Not bitter. Excellent baristas, and because they're so popular, you'll have to wait. It's worth waiting for. Also love... Read more

Best coffee in London. Worth queuing up.
I popped in here yesterday for a cappuccino. It was quite busy.
I like the design although seating is at a premium. The staff seem nice enough.
My cap wasn't great. There was a ridiculous amount of foam. That can be ok, but this was just lumped on top - so it was just... Read more

Amazing. The staff have crazy coffee knowledge. The single origin filter coffees are killer and the place rules.
Great little coffee shop! My long black was smooth but fruity, I wish I had been around for the cup of excellence on the weekend! Highly recommended.
this is completely hit and miss. It can be good, but mostly average. Too busy for the staff on hand to manage.

It's worth the long lines and the wait time. The choice of coffee and the art form that it becomes in their hands is remarkable. One of London's true foodie and coffee destinations.
Lush coffee, nice people but can get a bit crowded especially during market hours.
interesting place & setup. flat white bang on
Inconsistent of late but to be fair it is an institution of specialty coffee and a few poorly poured coffees doesn't change that straight away. Will definitely be opting for pour over here from now on though
Excellent
Far off the beaten path but these guys just do it all right!
A mecca for coffee lovers around London Bridge. THe only place to get a decent coffee for miles. Next closest is probably Taylor Street.
Known for their filter coffee, which is made there and then cup by cup. Espresso based drinks are always excellent if a little expensive (2.40 for a... Read more
Perfect flat white. There's also a good selection of fancy roasts from exotic places, but nothing mind-blowing (i.e. not an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale). Great bread and jam. Great ambiance (if you are patient enough to get a seat).
The coffee is very good! but I wouldn't recommend taking anything home as it is just not the same.
Their Flat white is one of the best and the Cappuccino was just perfect.
If you are going to the Borough Market you have to check out this place, it is almost impossible... Read more

Good coffee and a great buzz to the place.
I frequent this cafe many times a week with best coffees served weekday mornings. Coffees on the weekend can be a little rushed with queues out the door and beyond. Still a very good coffee though and great array of beans to purchase also
One of my favourite places when in London is Monmouth Coffee by Borough Market.
Monmouth’s London roasted coffee is among the best you can get in the Big Smoke. I first came across it a couple of years ago when regularly frequenting a little coffee stall on Whitecross Street, close to the... Read more
It is one of the worst kept secrets of the coffee elite in London. Simply put it has a wonderful atmosphere with cracking food and coffee to get very excited about. A must visit for all visitors and regulars to London alike.
After so many blah coffees in London we were thrilled to find this place. The
long queue gave us a clue that the coffee was good. The staff are skilled
(aussie barista the day we visited), perfect milk, raw sugar, and they didn't
ask twice when I ordered a piccolo. The little... Read more
Was here during lunch time. We order a double espresso and pour over. Must say that the coffee was really bad, no character no taste. We threw our coffee in the bin! Much better coffee in the market.

Crazy queuing system. At the till, then lost our place because we wanted pastries which were away from the counter at the far end of the room. Still, once the confusion was over and we squeezed onto the large table, the coffee was divine. Hectic but lively. Definitely should be included in any... Read more

Good coffee, my first in London and worth waiting for. Long wait with queues out the door but plenty to look at while waiting as the markets precinct are amazing. Can have pastries, bread etc with your coffee at the cafe or take away. Don't have skim milk if ordering anything other than black. A... Read more

Monmouth coffee had been feeding me nice coffee during my years in London. Simply good coffee as well as pastries/desserts.
