Fabulous place an easy walk from the one-north MRT station. Cozy, warm, friendly cafe atmosphere, great food, and easily some of the best coffee we've had in Singapore. A welcome find after arriving here from Australia. A little bit out of the way if you're staying downtown, but worth the trip.

When they first started, the coffee was somewhat weak and unpleasant but in the recent months, I've revisited this place and I must say that the standard has improved significantly. Equally important is the quality of the food which has much improved as well. Worth a second visit for those who has not been down for a while. Atmosphere wise, it seems to double as a study cafe for the various schools nearby (esp the JC students) but that shouldn't deter you from getting a quick cuppa to ease the tedium of the day.
