  This is actually a small-scale local roastery, but the lady who runs it also makes coffee. We walked in to gawp at the roaster, and she instantly started chatting to us, so we ordered some coffee, which, while not super-thick or expertly made, was delicious by virtue of the freshness of the beans....   Boon (coffee-roasting factory) was opened in mid 2012 by Lianne Bertens, a former chef that decided to make a career change. Lianne learnt to roast coffee in Germany, felt in love with the coffee culture, decided to open this lovely place and roast excellent coffee!
