  PERFECTION. Probably the best roaster and set of amazing baristas in Asia. Go there and you'll see what I mean.Fantastic coffee, food, gelato and coffee art. Amazing array of beans. Serious stuff. Very popular indeed.

  This is right in the heart of Central and is easy to find.
  
  A few years ago, their coffee and tastes would have set the bar in Hong Kong. Now that HK has a growing coffee scene, Holly Brown has not kept pace and is no longer at the forefront.

  Had a quick lunch here today. My espresso was well-made, though I'd concur with one of the earlier reviewers about their roast being too dark.
  I also have to comment on the size of my espresso. In Italy (and most places I've drunk espresso) it would count as a ristretto. It left me wondering... Read more

  This cafe reminds me of a Starbucks , very chain like , everything mass produced incl the coffee which was very average. There are better places to go to get a good coffee.

  Sadly becoming a chain and going down hill fast. Fast expansion of this cafe into a chain has taken its toll on the roasting, definitely the last time i visit or recommend this cafe. Gelato and fancy ice creams seem to be the core of their business now, can no longer be considered a decent coffee place.

  Coffee is excellent. They roast their own beans and they have a few different varieties to try.

  Good bean selection, though roasted a bit dark. They have Kopi Luwak, Blue Mountain, and a Kona. Ask for a siphon brew if you want brewed, or the piccolo latte isn't bad. Food so-so , gelato average, and atmosphere is horrible.

  I was very disappointed with the coffee at this cafe. After reading some of the reviews I thought it would at least be okay. However, I found the expresso to one of the worst I have ever tasted.   Great piccolo latte served here and consistent everytime, regardless of the barista.
  
  IMO, on par with the piccolo latte served in Singapore's Oriole and better than the one i've have had in Barista Jam.

  Home cafe to the renowned grand Barista champion of hong kong, Tracy KWOK. Holly brown hire great baristas, roast their own beans in house, and serve exceptional home made gelato. Great tasting picolo latte and a smooth fresh tasting espresso are the highlights if this cafe.
