Awesome coffee, second only to Timbertrain. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary theatrics going on behind the bar. Just let the good coffee speak for itself. Seating is better than Timbertrain.

Nice smooth latte, though lacking many notes - these guys don't appear to roast their own so they can't control that. Good temperature and well steamed milk. Had a lemon loaf too and it was delicious.

This was my favourite of the coffee shops I visited while in Vancouver.
It has a very funky fit-out, an interesting clientele, and their baristas certainly know what they're doing.
As a bonus, the gluten-free chocolate cake I had with my doppio was excellent - just the thing for a sugar hit!

Back again! Guatemalan brilliant! Honey and chocolate to the end. Best coffee in a while.

Great coffee with a variety of single origins to choose from. Very cool room and personable staff who know their coffee. They also make flat whites!

After trying Artigiano, Revolver was fabulous. Coffees were professionally prepared and tasted great. But be aware, in Vancouver lattes are huge and if you want what Aussies would call a regular latte, you need to ask for a cappuccino. Unlike most cafés and restaurants in Vancouver, Revolver... Quaint, small, packed and filled with expert barista's who love beans, coffee, and every type of brewing method and extraction. Not sure how you would like to try your espresso, ask for the Duetto, and off menu item where you get 2 drinks, a straight smaller shot of espresso, and a second... Read more

This place has all the right gear, products, atmosphere, staff with sufficient angular hair, red indie lipstick, guys with beards and plaid shirts. Front line customer service needs work, but barista was very nice. My largest concern was my 25 second brew Aeropress. Not great.

This was one of the first places I planned to check out once I got into Vancouver. A simple search for the top coffees in Vancouver will list this place at the top to visit and for good reasons that were clear once I walked into the place. Not hard to find and easy to get to. I walked into Revolver... Read more

Disclaimer:There is something about Vancouver coffee shops and the city's coffee culture that just draws you in. Revolver is perched halfway up a side-street of Gastown. From the outside she is an unassuming school-teacher, but walking through the door I saw a row of chemex pots that draw you... Read more

Great atmosphere and coffee to match. Several different single origin varieties offered, all brewed by Barista's who are pretty damn good at their job. They really do put in an effort to give you a great coffee. Revolver is easy to find in Gastown, and well worth the effort to stroll over from... Read more

Great little espresso bar that offers a few left field variations on coffee and has various different specialty beans that vary. Worth a shot!

Probably a "must go" for coffee geeks when in Vancouver. Staff members are friendly and love to talk about coffee. The space is nice, however a bit small and limited in seating for individuals or pairs. Good espressos. Drinks are not too rushed and done with more care than other places I have... Read more

If these guys cared about their customers like they do their coffee would be best cafe of my life.

Great coffee... Best I've had since I left sydney. Service isn't great... No call out when coffee is ready, just sits on the side getting cold until you realise it's yours..

Has to be my favourite café in Vancouver, BC coffee is done proper and they have the atmosphere to follow plus it's in a wicked part of town. Yes, a stop for the coffee lover when in these neck of the woods.

Awesome atmosphere along with brilliant knowledge of brewing methods and a showcase of several different roasters in the Pacific Northwest.
