I'm not local to west London, but I have popped in to the market a couple of times, and have always had a coffee when I've been.
Coffee is tasty (I think they said they use Climpsons) and has been consistent each time I've been there. There seems to be a real community feel about this cart - the staff always seem to be really chatty with the customers, and those queuing before me didn't need to ask for what they wanted. This did mean that service was a little slow, but it gave me an opportunity to taste the olives & buy some from the guys on the next stall!!
Was so looking forward to visiting but had a dreadful experience. Staff were a little aloof but I don't really care about that--what looked like a very well pulled latte tasted like a sweet detergent, extremely disappointing. I can only presume that as is was towards the end of the Market day it was a one off and I will try again. Goodness knows we all make mistakes! Hopefully beanhunter will let me correct this if the next visit turns out well.

Possibly not as good as usual due to Barnes Fair today, but I would not go out of my way to visit. Much better to go to Taylor Street (Source) in Richmond.
(These guys also do the Chiswick Farmers Market on Sundays plus they share the Outsider Tart cake shop in Chiswick...)
I've taken home the Peruvian ground for espresso and the Guatemalan ground for cafetiere. I'm not a big fan of cafetiere coffee (that was for my wife) but their blend was excellent.
The Peruvian was well suited for a macchiato - rich and full bodied, without bitterness.
Service was excellent. At both shop and stall everything's done with friendliness and humour. Nice touch is you can also tweet them @weeniebeans with your requirements. My coffee was freshly ground to ...
I've just moved to the area and found this coffee stall in the farmer's market. I cam from an area where good coffee was relatively easy to find, and I've been getting fed up with not being able to find decent coffee in west London. So I was pretty surprised to find that the best cup I found was in a market!
It's really tasty coffee, with expertly steamed milk, and despite the long queues, they still presented the coffee beautifully.
The only downside was that the queue was constantly about 20 people deep, but I guess that's to be expected for good coffee....!
If you live within commuting distance of Barnes (SW London) and you have not yet visited the farmers market on Station Road on a Saturday morning then I suggest you make your way there the next time you are free (rain hail or shine)
Weanie Beans has a stall turning out one great coffee after another.
There was a certain radiance eminating from thsi stall, with smiles on both sides of the counter, and positive reviews of the coffee floating across the air from stallholders and patrons alike.
There is no seating in the market itself but the market is away from the hustle and bustle of a...
