Vivace Espresso Bar

After living in Seattle for eight years, I have not found a cafe that serves better lattes than this one. The taste, appearance, and atmosphere make this cafe stand out above the others which is a TALL order in the coffee capital of America! They always say consistency is the key to a successful business and I can assure you that this business principal has made Vivace the best around. I've never had a bad latte and I always get a beautifully designed latte every time I visit. Not only that, I use their beans for my espresso machine at home and they are always good. If any cafe in Seattle knows quality control, this is the one.

Vivace has three locations but one of them is a sidewalk stand which was the owner's first. The other two locations give me the same experience every time although there are more places to sit at the Broadway location.
