Visited several times over a couple of weeks. Excellent coffee by people who obviously care in nice cosy surrounds. Little food, service slow and they need to separate people trying to pay from those trying to order..... but its about the coffee and that is way better than average. Ratings here too low (and I'm from Melbourne)

At Villino you will taste and enjoy coffee, from a Speciality Coffee Roaster. Richard, owner of Villino Espresso, is a passionate technological Artisan and very aware that, roasting, blending, sourcing selected coffee beans, applying experience, with the latest computer, operated roasters, is the only way, to produce a blend that people will queue, if necessary for their palates enjoyment. Very similar to wine production. The beans are sourced, selected from all over the world. Mexico, Indonesia, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Brazil, PNG, India, etc....
I caught Villino on a Monday morning around 10, so avoided much of the crowd, and settled in for a few coffees.
Atmosphere was warm and intimate, the dark wood paneling and sunken shop space made for a relaxing start to the day.
The single of the day, a Kenyan AA, came up beautifully as an espresso, extracted slightly short giving it a nice sweet finish and syrupy consistency.
This was followed up by a latte in their Synergy blend, which had good flavor punching trough the milk. The milk it's self was smooth though a little thin for my liking.
Very much a solid bet for a great coffee in H...
These guys are really passionate about their coffee. The house blend is exactly a described, rich and chocolaty with some winter berries peaking through.
Disappointing that no origin was running but the toasted roast beef sandwich made up for it
