I'm not sure where the title of Brisbane's Best Breakfast came from, completely agree with one of the previous comments - was completely underwhelmed by it. Service is pretty dreadful, and it takes a ridiculously long time for meals to come out. Have eaten there at dinner time though, and the food is quite good and almost worth the wait. Coffee is okay, however last time one person on the table ordered soy and everyone got soy, and most of the coffee we did get was cold.

By the way, a tiny frankfurt isn\'t classified as a sausage. They also don\'t seem to understand the concept of soy milk or fresh juice.
One positive note- the fruit salad was great. But there is really nothing special about this place at all- I\'d rather eat at a school canteen.
Food was quite ok. The atmosphere is quite enjoyable with a group of friends or even by yourself. Waitstaff made up of pretty people, which makes questionable service. In winter the outside dining could make for nipply fresh conditions, however, the Easter egg hunt makes for great entertainmet

I ventured in on a hot afternoon recently and ordered an Affogatto and brought back some mates the next day for this refreshing Summer pick-me-up.

I've tried their coffee, latte's, chai, and tea and all is of a good standard. Depending on the shift, some of the staff are a little more barrista trained but overall their service is fairly punctual and friendly. The place is always packed on the weekend for breakfast and the alfresco style indoor/outdoor seating is nice. I also have to agree with didups and say that their lamb shanks are a must!

The food I have generally found to be good - I really enjoy the lamb shanks. The coffee is good. The place is well managed and is a source of employment for a good number of young people around the area who generally do a good job and benefit from the training they receive.
