Thyme Square Cafe

Poor choices of coffee beans, no body and really bitter after taste , prefer they using Toby's years ago. Excellent latte art skills of the guys behind the machine and friendly service certainly helps the cafe look a lot better.

Shop is a bit bright and white, not much atmosphere.
Coffee wasn't all that good. They use good beans so had nice smell, but the barista didn't get the aromas into the cup.
Ordered a piccolo in a regular take away cup, and it came about 3/4 full, or with about 180-200 ml in the cup. A piccolo should be closer to 100ml.
Nice latte art on it for a take away coffee, but layer of froth was far too thin, closer to flat white than latte.
All in all cafe has potential, but I left quite underwhelmed.

Hmmm coffee here is quite acceptable , even though it might be quite Hot at times ,I dont think the beans that they use are anything outstanding , but there is much worse in hornsby ,

Not bad service and the brekky was ok, but the coffee was pretty average, luke warm temperature and my take away latte never gets topped full cup bit disappointed.
