The Little Pantry is just far enough from the crowds of James St to escape them but it has that New Farm suburban ambience about it.
I got the feel that this was the place where the locals came to get their coffee.
My piccolo had a nice slight mellow taste to it which makes their coffee different to others you find in the area.
The staff were friendly and it's a great spot to sit and watch the street scape.
We recently discovered a brand new café called The Little Pantry on James St in New Farm. Located right on the roundabout where the old milk bar used to be, the whole building has been spruced up and now has genuine appeal. It’s actually a really clever location, because all the other James St cafés are just far enough away that The Little Pantry should quickly be adopted by anyone who lives within 5 minutes walking distance as their local. Judging from our most recent visit, it looks like this has happened already :)
We’ve been twice now – our first visit was a couple of weeks ...
