A good shop with staff who know good coffee. while price isn't the be all and end all, I felt that @ $3.90 a cup it was a little pricey

Just correcting the previous review, The Bean Scene has not closed down they were closed for renovations and reopened in February 2010. In fact the place is now amazing, they have doubled the amount of seating and their range of retail stock is fantastic.
The coffee and the presentation is sensational and shows that this is a very serious coffee shop with skilled baristas who take pride in every cup

Very small shop, but has amazing coffee. Great range of coffees and other drinks. Sell lots of coffee machines, etc... as well. Great service too, the people are lovely! They also do coffee training and have a mobile coffee unit that they set up either inside at a venue or outside with an annexe. They use it to attend events such as the MotoGP and Superbikes at Phillip Island, The Age Harvest Fesival and Werribee Mansion, Hanging Rock, Trucks in Action, Farmworld, Harvest of Gippsland at Lardner Park to name just a few.
