Great coffee, albeit the latte is a tiny bit weak for my taste (but I do prefer my coffee slightly stronger than most people). Great selections of food and they taste good with nice-looking presentation. Certainly a gem in Bay St, Port Melbourne.

Located at the southern end of Bay St, seven:am is a calm and relaxed little cafe. Eschewing the popular open kitchen layout for something more conventional maintains the calm of the cafe proper. The only sounds are of light jazz or pop music playing as background noise, accompanied by the conversation of the other patrons.
The owner and main barista Jason is both accomodating and friendly. Service is good, but is better on the weekends when more floor staff are on.

A silky smooth latte, delivered in good time, and with a smile is just the start of the offering from these guys. Aside from the great latte and tasty lunch I had, the service was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is so comfy, you could spend hours just watching the world go by. Ace spot, highly recommended.
