Retro Espresso

This place was previously part of my daily ritual until I got my own machine. The coffee isn't badly made, just not the best beans (segafredo) and need to add sugar!!

This place would kick ass if they could get some locally roasted beans!

Super friendly atmosphere, the staff are what makes it and it has good local vibe. Take away is really fast. Nice courtyard to sit out in on a sunny day.

Not many other places are serving coffee that is decent at 5am, so this place serves me well when I want to take 10 mins to read a mag and have a kick-starter on the way to an early gym session or run.

Great little set up and with some of the friendliest staff around but unfortunately the coffee is lacking.. Not a fan of these beans.. Even when made well it is not overly enjoyable.

Been here so many times (out of convenience, as it is across the road from relatives). When they first opened I was a fan, but the novelty wore off fast. The after-taste from a coffee here reminds me of waking up after a night of heavy drinking and chain-smoking. The last few coffees I had here were luke warm in temperature. I have had a few mochas there that were actually pretty nice, but a handful of really terrible cappucinos, and the rest have all just been fairly average. I don't really like the atmosphere there, can never seem to get comfortable.. The staff are always super friendly thou...
