I try and go to relish whenever I can. I live in wadebridge, and to be just up the road from such a respectable and quality coffee shop, is something that I try not to take for granted.
I know how hard it is to come across a good independant coffee shop, without being bombarded with costa and starbucks wherever you go.
The coffee at relish is flawless every time, and I know it\'ll remain that way.

Easily serving the best coffee in Cornwall, Relish is run by the 2007 UK Barista Champion, Hugo Hercod, and the superbly stocked Deli, catering to all your culinary needs is run by his partner Sarah.
Every coffee is lovingly crafted with Origin beans, ground freshly each time a drink is ordered and served straight to your table.
All drinks are served with latte art as standard, and is a nice touch.
The comments from regulars that we overheard were extremely positive and the enthusiasm for delivering good coffee is rubbing off on the right people.
