I think this is the best coffee in London.

Great coffee. Just coffee.
Ask them about the machine.
Ask them about the fact that in each pour the pressure changes and the temperature changes and the pour can be even a minute long without going bitter.
But, why take my word for it that the coffee is good, read the NYTimes article.
