Went here for breakfast and wasn't dissapointed. The bircher meusli was fresh and very filling. Tried a single origin and found it way better than the house blend with lots if character.
I was offered a sample of their cold brew but wasn't impressed, tasted like stale cold coffee not surprisingly.
This place is no.1 for a reason....ignore the front page of BeanHunter, it does not make sense! See if one place has one person (usually the owner) give them (or themselves 10 or 9.5) they are no.1 in the whole list...
Don't be fooled...ignore those places and try this one!

Seriously, the coffee is close to perfect, the food is pretty great and the service is how people should be...
The place itself is kinda kooky and nice to sit in, kinda uncomfortable stools sometimes, but otherwise nice enough...what is it with those bloody IKEA stools everyone has?! paint...

Good coffee here I heard from friends, so stop by today. Ordered flat white and pork belly sandwich to have here. Pork belly tastes all right, but definitely not the best I had. Some other places have better pork belly sandwich. Coffee is good, milk is smooth, good latte arts on top. I'm not disappointed.Just taste bit sour, not know if they made it that way. Maybe that's just a standard proud Mary coffee taste like. Don't like sour much.

The brunch menu was quite overwhelming with every option making my mouth water but you can't go wrong any way you choose. I went with the hash with bacon and asparagus. Just delicious.
Definitely worth a visit in Melbourne.

Went here yesterday and was pretty impressed. Breakfast was awesome. I wasn't over the moon about the coffee though. Such a typical synesso taste about both espresso's I had. The first single, had a pale yellow look, no darkening of the crema, and had no apparent taste, besides cardboard flowers. The second though was good; speckling, colour change and what not, apparent. This onewas a solid espresso, which is what I was expecting from these guys...
I think it's hell cool that theyve got like 8000W of speakers that they don't really need. It'd be a cool bar if they wanted to do that
This is an awesome cafe, the only downside as others have said is that it is too busy !
The menu choice is massive, with different beans and styles, but at the time we went there just wasn't the opportunity to check things out further. Had a long mach - was very nice and certainly in line with what others have said previously.
Will be back again another time to explore things further.

Coffee selection is amazing. So may singles to choose from on the espresso. Plus others to choose on the brews. Angel Wings blend for my flat white was off the charts. Peanut brittle all the way!
Food is delicious! Menu hasn't changes for a while,but so many favorites to revisit on this menu so it keeps me happy.
Service is fast and staff really take the time to talk you through the coffees. Tasting notes provided with my brew was a nice touch also.The barista on shift came over and talked to me about the brew also. Always nice to learn a little...
