What a great place! Beautiful La Marzocco and Mazzer with delicious bread-related products as well! Very modern interior and some great big tables to eat at. This place was very popular - no doubt due to its good food and great coffee. I had two Espresso Macchiatos which we were delicious! If you are in the area and want a great coffee - this is a really good choice! BTW - They use Artisan Roast beans (local Edinburgh roaster).

The coffee is from Artisan Roast and is very, very good. Strong through milk without that common burnt flavour. It's also satisfying as a straight espresso.
The 3 gp La Marzocco is kept very busy and it seems that they have dedicated baristas who don't let novices on the machine.
The milk is well steamed for texture and a good temperature for drinking. Standard latte art hearts and rosettas.
