After months of trawling through central Manchester finding only the usual Costas and Neros, this amazing little cafe was not only breath of fresh air - more like taking a breath for the first time. Nestled into the more labyrinthine part of the Northern Quarter, in the backstreets back from Oldham Street, we could have almost missed this place.
