have had limited experiences here, but let me tell you all of them have been great.
the first time i just went here because i was in desperate need of some caffine, and just happened to be passing by, i was completely shocked, it was incredible!
Don't worry about claims of lackluster service. These guys ARE friendly and efficient. They remember your name and order after a couple of visits. The service is fast fast fast which is important in this location. The coffee is consistently good to very good.

This is the first time I've felt the need to do a follow up review of a cafe, but the Naked coffee I had this morning was simply off the charts! These guys have really taken it to the next level in terms of consistency, and I can come here knowing that I will be walking away with something very special every time.

As another box to tick on my Campos Quest, and also one of the decent cafes listed on this site, my trip to the CBD this day necessitated a visit to Naked. Tucked a way in a large cupboard inside Elizabeth Arcade (?) , it wouldn't be hard to miss Naked. The service was quick but cold and without much enthusiasm. The atmosphere had potential, but was discounted by the presence of lack luster staff.

Haven't been here for a little while, but I remember that Naked Coffee made an affogatto that was the best afternoon summer coffee in the city. The caramel after taste of the Campos coffee just melted in nicely with the ice cream.
You got a cold sweet caffeine hit. Just mouthwatering. Haven't had one like that since.
