One of my favourite coffee places. Big, chewy blend (which I now buy for use at home) and skilled baristas. Plus, it's reasonably priced. What more can you ask?!

North Sydney is a tough crowd for coffee because everyone needs it 5 minutes ago. Home Espresso manage to bang out coffee at appropriate speed but still prioritise quality. Of the many visits I've had, I have seen takeaway orders a mile long halted momentarily by a quick flushing of the group heads & handles or a slight adjustment of the grind & dose - just to keep it all tasting its best - and that's something you really don't see often at other busy joints. Jack's beans are a pretty dark roast, yeilding a really oily and dense shot. I usually opt for a bit of milk to round out the heavy dark...

This place is easily the best coffee North Sydney. The attention to detail required to work their Synesso machine is apparent in every cup of coffee. Even my Macchiato comes with a Love Heart!

I go to Home Espresso almost every lunch time and I have tried most of the local North Sydney coffee places and this place has to be the best. I only get ristrettos and in my humble opinion the South African barrister certainly, again the best in N Sydney.

At the moment they are serving jack n the bean and some single blends and he is able to get the best from all of them.

I love this place, the best 'coffee'.
