Interesting atmosphere. Standard staff.
My cappuccino: not so great. The coffee was either burnt or the ground coffee was old or both. It just wasn't right. Also just like at Kaffeine (where I was an hour or two before) there was not nearly enough froth. How do cafes fail to do a standard cappuccino? They are not lattes!
I really did want to like Flat White. My friend was raving about how their mochas are amazing. Apart from the coffee it's a nice place, but it just didn't live up the reputation. I mean I hear the place is fantastic. Sadly today though, near closing time, it was not.
My fave place to drink coffee 5 years ago when it was the only place to get great consistent coffee and the best flat white in Europe. Happy to say that despite the competition, still great, especially with new custom made 4 group synesso and well done Cameron for still pulling shots.
