I've been visiting Famish'd since they first appeared on Beanhunter. Good coffee, great atmosphere and great food. I definately recommend trying the soup in the winter time! As for the coffee, a good flavoursome latte with a cute little macaroon made for quite an enjoyable experience

Looking around in the city early January when most places were shut and found this little place that has a wonderful coffee. Whilst a bit of air con would be good on the hotter days the quality of coffee will see me back there whenever I am in the vicinity.

Based upon the highest rating in the east of Melbourne CBD, I had to try their coffee. I asked for a strong mocha, and like any decent coffee house they asked \"strong on the coffee or chocolate\"!
Most places using syrup have sickly syrup. Not in this case. It must be real chocolate.
The mocha was served within 30 seconds and was one of the best I\'ve had in Melbourne, even more so since it was my first coffee there.
Smooth silky milk, no need for sugar, the right balance of coffee and chocolate and not a hint of any burnt coffee!

I've been going to this awesome new place for lunch a lot and only recently realised how many people were waiting for coffees, so I decided to give it a go. I was a tad sceptical as I wasn't sure how a place that specialises in salads was going to go at coffee but it was actually bloody good. First I had an espresso, whic had the perfect amount of crema and then followed it with a flat white. The communal table, good music and awesome little cakes adds to the great atmosphere but in a location that has plenty of competition for a good coffee, it's impressive that the coffee here really holds it own... and the bonus of a yummy little chocolate treat doesn't hurt!
