I ventured to Everyman Espresso this morning in New Yorks East Village. Located in one of the old Ninth Street Espresso buildings; the inside is a mixture of warehouse, art gallery & café all blended together in a quintessentially NYC way. It was quite this morning being a Sunday & had some time to talk with one of the owners who was behind the tools. She was really friendly and very enthusiastic about every coffee being made, and didn’t seem to mind my endless amount of questions being fired.
